Are there any pet restrictions at Eastgate Terrace condos?

Unfortunately, if you are a pet owner your furry friend will not be able to make the move with you to the Eastgate Terrace community. Pets of any kind are not allowed at Eastgate Terrace and residents are not allowed to host guests who are accompanied by a pet.

The community is also within walking distance of the Wenatchee Valley Mall, schools and several restaurants. Additionally, Pybus Public Market and downtown Wenatchee are a short drive across the river providing plenty of options for entertainment, shopping and dining.

What are some of the rules and restrictions put in place by the homeowners association?

Signs of any type are not allowed to be displayed at the Eastgate Terrace condominium community. For sale or leasing signs are allowed to be placed in common areas and must be approved by the homeowners association board. Also, posters, signage or advertisements are not allowed to be posted by residents without approval from the board.

The pool area is open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. seasonally with adult swim hours between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. daily. before being placed in the common area. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult while using the pool. 

Air conditioners or other equipment that extends to the outside of a unit are not allowed. Satellite dishes and antennas are also not allowed to be installed outside of a unit. Bicycles, rollerblades and skateboards are not allowed in common areas and children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by someone over the age of 16 while in the common areas. 

Parking spaces are only to be used for vehicles that are operational and residents are not allowed to work on their vehicles in the parking lot. Boats, snowmobiles, trailers, motorhomes and other large vehicles that need excessive storage space can be kept in a parking lane behind the buildings.

 Excellent marketing of our home, beautiful online tour, stunning brochure. The home had multiple offers within a day, and we had a contract within two. Maybe we could have gotten a bit more for the house, but we were very satisfied with the experience. Fast forward a year. We decide to buy a condo, and of course, contact Allyson. This was not an easy or straightforward process, at all. We found a complex we loved, and put in an offer. The complex was not yet approved for Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac financing, so we had to go through the process...which took six months. The seller of the unit we wanted didn't want to wait, and sold it to someone else. So we put in an offer on a different unit, and waited. There were some paperwork snafus, but in the end, we negotiated a pretty good deal on the unit and finally closed. Through it all, Allyson was on top of things. She always responded very quickly to communications, and kept us posted on where we were in the process. Allyson helped us find a condo that met our needs and desires. She listened and understood what we said. She showed us a number of attractive units that came close to meeting our expectations and kept us informed regarding new listings. Eventually she showed us the unit that is now our home. During the rather complex process of negotiation, inspection and more negotation, selection of a loan officer, etc. she offered sound reliable advice. After the condo sale was completed and we had moved in we listed our house with Allyson. She handled the listing in a most professional manner, including great professional photographs and solid follow up with other agents who showed the property. She advised us to make a minor change when negative comments were made about a feature in one of the downstairs rooms. When a serious offer was made, she again guided us through the process.
